Sega Genesis/CD/32X

The SEGA Genesis is a fourth-generation 16-bit home video game console released in North America on August 14, 1989. It was known for its superior sound compared to its direct competitor. Several add-ons were released, including a Power Base Converter to play SEGA Master System games. A SEGA CD adapter allowed for 32-bit gaming on CD-ROMs. Later, the SEGA 32X was introduced as a further extension for 32-bit gaming on cartridges.
