Shipping policy

MOST US ORDERS $49 AND ABOVE WILL RECEIVE FREE US ECONOMY SHIPPING!*

Orders will be shipped with USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on size and weight.

All International or US purchases under $49 will be charged shipping & handling costs.

Keep in mind, the fulfillment process includes times for handling and then transit. Please allow up to 4 full business (Monday-Friday) days for handling before contacting us about shipment of in-stock items. After orders and packaged and shipped out, transit times are estimated at checkout and can be subject to delays for weather or ANY other operational reasons. The following are estimated transit times:

Economy & Free Shipping Transit Times: 5-8 business days

Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Economy or Free Shipping transit times may on occasion take longer than the normal estimated 5-8 business days. Selecting Standard or Express Shipping lowers inaccuracies significantly but still on rare occasions may be subject to delays.

Preorders/Presale dates are estimates and can change without notice due to any manufacturing or delivery delays or ANY other reasons.

Keep in mind, we will NOT ship any items in your order until all items are obtained. Even if those items are Preorder/Presale items that are holding back the order, we still cannot ship until the order is complete! We do not have the ability to split orders. Please make multiple orders separating In-stock items from Preorders/Presales, if necessary.

International buyers are responsible for all shipping, taxes, duties, and fees.

We cannot be responsible for shipping damages done by the shipping courier. The shipping courier will be responsible. We do however try our best to package items the best we can. Smaller single items will be bubble wrapped & card boarded and inserted into a bubble mailer. Multiple small items (if it cannot fit in a bubble mailer) or larger items will be sent out in a box and bubble wrapped.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. WE DO NOT PROCESS RETURNS FOR DAMAGE TO BOXES/CASES/COVERS OF ANY ITEM. IF IT IS IMPORTANT TO YOU, PLEASE PURCHASE NAVIDIUM SHIPPING PROTECTION.

It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to keep the item and the shipping box and materials, so you can photograph/record and send us pictures/videos so we can process claims with the shipping company. If pictures/videos are not sent to us, we will DENY all returns, exchanges, or refunds!

Keep in mind we do provide shipping insurance for damage and lost packages in transit up to $200 free of charge. Any shipping losses exceeding $200 is the customer's responsibility to purchase Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout.

We will not be responsible for any shipments undelivered due to buyer information that was inputted to the order incorrectly. We can only ship to the address on file that you, the customer has provided us. Buyers will be solely responsible for any costs for reshipments of any order.

*Excludes freight shipping and oversized packages. We'll cancel your order and refund you if your order falls in freight or oversize package categories.
